On May 3, 1997, 15 year old Christina Marie Martinez disappeared from Phoenix, Arizona, while heading to the laundry mat. On May 10, 1997, Christina's 16th Birthday, her body was found. For 13 years, Christina was known as the Pinal County Jane Doe. Christina best friend, Valerie, started both a myspace and facebook for Christina, holding out hope that she was still alive. Her hopes her dashed today. Evidence is being gathered to charge Craig Leslie Jacobson with her murder. Jacobson is presently in a Las Vegas prison for murdering 20 year old Ginger Rios in his spy store. The store is about 2 blocks from where Christina was last seen. He admitted to killing Christina when she was still known as Jane Doe, but he recanted. He is, also, suspected of killing 5 other women between 1994-1998. Let's pray he get what he deserves. For Ginger's murder, he's only serving 16-20 years. Hopefully, with Christina and the other women's murders, he'll never get out.

Missouri Man Charged with Killing his Girlfriend and his Son.

Twenty-three month old Gebar Byrd Jr. and his mother, twenty-four year old Yasmin Rodriguez disappeared on March 22, 2010. Gebar would have turned two on April 13th. Yasmin's body was found on April 9th in the Mississippi River. Gebar, however, as never been found. Yasmin's family believed that Yasmin's befriend, Gebar's father, Gebar Byrd Sr., had something to do with their disappearance.
Now, police do, too. Byrd has been charged with murdering Yasmin and Gebar. Byrd allegedly pushed Yasmin, while she was holding Gebar, into the Mississippi River. Gebar is still missing. Byrd is being charged with two counts of First Degree Murder, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Domestic Assault and is being held without bond.

I don't believe that Gebar can truly rest in peace until he is found. Rest In Peace Yasmin. You and Gebar are in a better place.

9 Months Later.....Where is Kayla May Berg?

On August 11, 2009, 15 year old Kayla May Berg disappeared from Wausau, Wisconsin. It was just weeks before her 16th birthday. Kayla lives in Antigo, Wisconsin, but she was hanging out with friends in Antigo. Her parents are divorced. Her mother, Hope Sprenger, lives in Antigo and her father, Jim Spanbauer, lives in Wausau. She wasn't reported missing until six days after she was last seen, because her parents got their wires crossed. Hope doesn't believe that Kayla ran away because her left home with nothing but the close she was wearing and her purse. She had no money with her. Kayla, her brother, and Hope had just moved back to Antigo from Texas and Kayla was very excited about the move. She missed her friends and her school in Texas had no gymnastics team. Police are stumped.

What they do know is that on the night she disappeared, Kayla was hanging out with 24 year old Kevin Kielcheski. They were joyriding around town and smoking pot. Kevin is the last person known to see Kayla alive. He said he dropped Kayla off at her ex-boyfriend's house. The house appeared to be dark and he saw no one around. He drove away without even making sure that the teen made it safely inside the home. Kayla was planning on meeting another friend there. Kayla's ex-boyfriend says that he did not see her that night or any night since then. Kevin was charged with second degree reckless endangerment. Even though he admitted to smoking pot with Kayla and dropping her off, knowing she was under the influence, Kevin has pleaded not guilty. He is out of jail on $2,500 bond.

A hunter called police after he found what looked like a shallow grave in a patch of woods near a farm field in Deerbrook, which is just North of Antigo. The cadaver dogs found nothing. The detective sergeant said that they have done similar searches across Wisconsin, looking for Kayla.
Kayla's family has not and will not given up on her. Hope ordered black bracelets with "Kayla May Berg missing since August 11, 2009" written in hot pink. Those are some of Kayla's favorite colors. Nine months is too long. Hope says that searching for Kayla is her motivation for getting up and that this nightmare will only end when Kayla comes home.

Kayla was about two weeks away from her 16th birthday. She has no history of running away. She has brown hair and brown eyes. She's 5'2 and 108 lbs. She was last seen wearing a red spagetti-straped top, a blue hoodie and jeans. She loves gymnastics. She's very upbeat and friendly. Her mother says that Kayla never goes long without checking in with her.

Mystic Salazar Found Safe!!!!!

Today, Mystic's mom, Jenn, informed everybody that Mystic was found safe in Michigan! She is in protective custody and her bio-dad has been arrested!! I haven't written about Mystic on here, but I was going to on her birthday, which is on Sunday! HAPPY 8TH BIRTHDAY MYSTIC! This is the best birthday present for her! Her parents are going to get her! I'm soo happy for them!!!!!!!!!!

Kayleah Wilson found dead

On March 28, 2010, 12 year old Kayleah Wilson left her home to walk to a friend's birthday party. That was the last time her mother saw her. Police know that she got as far as the mall. She was caught on a security camera. After that, no one knows what happened. Kayleah's mother, April Wilson, never gave up hope. No one believed that she ran away, but there was not evidence of foul play either.

Well, now there is. Yesterday, Kayleah's body was found in a drainage ditch in three feet of water. She was naked. Today, the FBI has confirmed that the body is Kayleah. She was identified through dental records. Authorities believe that Kayleah was murdered.

Kayleah would have turned 13 on June 25th. Family and friends say that she was an outgoing girl. According to her family, Kayleah liked to hang out at Centennial Park Library, the Greeley Mall, Walmart, Hastings Music Store, and High Grounds Youth Center. She was in sixth grade at Brentwood Middle School. She left behind her mother, April, her seventeen year old brother, Mackenzie, and other family and friends. Mother assaults CPS worker and kidnaps her toddler daughter.

Cora Allo was on a supervised visit with her 2 year old daughter, Jadaca Paul. She was being supervised by a CPS worker. According to the CPS worker, Cora assaulted her, then took off with Little Jadaca. Cora does not have custody of her. It doesn't say whether Jadaca was in foster care or in the care of her father or another relative. Either way, Cora was not allowed to take Jadaca anywhere without supervision. Police don't believe that Jadaca is in danger. Is this really the kind of example that Cora wants to set for her daughter? Jadaca and Cora were last seen on May 13, 2010. Jadaca turns three on June 4th. She has light brown hair and blue eyes. She's 3 feet tall and 28 lbs. She's missing from Sacramento, California.
Cora Allo is 23 years old. She has brown hair and hazel eyes. She's 5'2" and 110 lbs. There is a warrant out for her arrest. If you see them, DO NOT APPROACH. Call police.

Tabitha Lynn Franklin disappeared on August 13, 2009 from Cullman, Alabama. She was just a month shy of turning 29. Tabitha was in an abusive relationship. The last person to see her was her ABUSIVE EX-BOYFRIEND. Tabitha was going to press charges against the guy for beating and trying to kill her. She dropped the charges after her ex threatened to harm her three kids. The ex-boyfriend says he dropped her off at his office in Birmingham.

Tabitha left behind three kids, who miss their mom dearly. They are not coping well with her disappearance. Tabitha's family says that her kids are everything to her. She would never leave them. Tabitha would be out of contact with her family for this long. Her sister-in-law has set up a facebook page for Tabitha, trying to help find her and spread the word that she is missing.

Tabitha will be 30 on September 15, 2010. She has blonde hair and blue eyes. She's 5'5, 140 lbs. She has four tattoos: An angel on her right arm, a butterfly in between her shoulders on her back, a scroll on her left arm, and a rose on her right ankle. She also has a C-section scar and a small scar across her nose. she has a mole on her right cheek. Her nickname is Tabby. She was last seen wearing a black dress.

Tabby's family is worried about her. She has never gone more than three days without talking to her kids and its been going on 9 months since her disappearance. Tabby was also a victim of domestic violence and the last person to see her was that abusive ex boyfriend. What happened to Baby Gebar?!

Gebar Byrd, Jr. and his mother, Yasmin Rodriguez, disappeared on March 22, 2010 from University City, MO. It was just three weeks before his 2nd birthday. Yasmin had a fight with Gebar's father and her financee, Gebar Byrd, Sr. Some reports say that Byrd left the house and others say that Yasmin left the house with Gebar. Either way, no one saw them after the argument. Yasmin's family reported Yasmin and Gebar missing on March 28th, six days after they were last seen.
Now, fast forward to April 9, 2010. A female body is found floating in the Mississippi River. Days later that body is identified as Yasmin Rodriguez. She was 24 at the time of her death. It is hasn't been determined what caused her death. What does this mean for Gebar? Where is he? Is he alive? What happened between the argument that Yasmin had with Byrd to the time her body was found in the Mississippi River?

Byrd made a plea for his son's safe return. "I really do want to make sure that I'm able to get in contact with my son cause he needs to be with his father now that his mother is out of the way....I do believe that some foul play involved...I don't know what type, but someone came and picked them up...I'm not sure what happened that's all I know." Byrd, reportedly, told reporters. What gets me is "now that his mother is out of the way." He certainly has his own way of wording things, now doesn't he?

Yasmin's family believes that Byrd is involved with Gebar's disappearance. Byrd has taken and passed three polygraphs, but polygraphs aren't foolproof. It goes by vitals. Keep your vitals under control and it's easy to pass.

Gebar is now two years old. He's Black and Hispanic. He has black hair and brown eyes, he's 2'3 and 26 lbs. Where is Chioma Gray?

Two years, four months, four weeks, and three days since anyone has seen Chioma Gray. Chioma was 15 when she disappeared on December 13, 2007 from Ventura, California. Her eighteenth birthday passed on April 27, 2010 and she was not home to celebrate with her loved ones. Her father dropped her off at school and that was the last Chioma's parents heard from her. Authorities believe that Chioma's boyfriend, Andrew Tafoya, picked her up right after her father dropped her off.

Andrew had already plead guilty for unlawful sex with Chioma earlier that year. She wasn't old enough to consent. In return, Andrew was sentenced to 210 days in jail, 36 months on probation, and was not allowed to be alone with minors. He and Chioma disappeared the day after he was released from jail. Even though authorities believe that Chioma went willingly with Andrew, Her mother is afraid that Chioma is being held against her will. Andrew is wanted for "Child stealing", "contributing to the delinquency of a minor", and "unlawful flight to avoid prosecution". Andrew also stole a car so he is also wanted for "car theft".
Chioma and Andrew are believed to have traveled to Mexico in a white 2008 Acura TSX with a California license plate 6AXX928. The car was recorded entering Mexico the same day as Chioma's disappearance. That was the last anyone saw or heard from Chioma and Andrew.

Some of Chioma's friends say that Chioma and Andrew planned to go to Mexico, while he was in jail. Some say that i
f caught, Andrew and Chioma would commit suicide together. Some of her friends say that Chioma may not have really wanted to runaway. Chioma left all her clothes and her pet dog behind. Her parents say that it isn't like Chioma to be out of contact with her friends and family for this long. Chioma had a 4.0 average at the time of her disappearance and would have been graduating high school soon. Her family and friends miss her dearly. Chioma's mother, Francine Black, and former police chief of Oxnard, Chuck Hookstra, have set up an anonymous tipline: (805) 844-5045. Francine Black and police disagree about the circumstances of Chioma's disappearance. Police believe that Chioma ran away with Andrew. Chioma's mother believes that Andrew kidnapped Chioma. Soo it's been a while

I understand that I haven't been on in over a year! I'm sorry, life got in the way, but I'm going to try to post more. Since November 2008 I'm graduated high school and started college. I'm at the University of Bridgeport. I am study for a degree in Criminal Justice. Soo wish me luck:)

Amber Alert! Tangena Hussain

An Amber Alert has been issued in Michigan for Tangena Hussain. Her mother's boyfriend says he left her in the car at a gas station, while he bought some gum. When he returned, Tangena was gone. Instead of looking for her right away, he went to go get her mother from work. They returned to the gas station to look for her. Witnesses say that her mother was hysterical and the boyfriend was calm. A witness also said that while in the gas station, the boyfriend appeared not to be in a hurry. Tangena is a 2 year old East Indian girl, who weighs about 35 pounds and is about 3 feet tall. She has a light brown complexion and black shoulder-length hair. She has a scar on her lip from a recent burn. Mother's boyfriend has been arrested for a sexual assault of a minor charge, but this charge is unrelated to this case. Please someone find this little girl! Bring her home safely! I don't understand why he didn't look for her right away. My gut tells me that there is more to this case. I hope I'm wrong. What happened to Giovanni Colon-Gonzalez?!

Look at his beautiful face, his lovely smile. Have you seen him? Giovanni Colon-Gonzalez is 5 years old and was last seen on August 15, 2008. His mother took him to his father's apartment. When she came to pick him up no one answered the door. After that she called police. The police entered his apartment and Giovanni's father is the only one the found. Police found a blood-stained mop which was also covered in bleach in the father's apartment. His father has been arrested and charged with child endangerment. Amber Alert in Utah~ Alicia, Pablo Hernandez, and Xiomara Hernandez Torres

Three young children are missing from West Valley, Utah. Their disappearance triggered an Amber Alert. Their non-custodial father and his girlfriend, Xiomara's mother, took the kids for a visit and never returned them. Their aunt has had custody of the children since 2006. Their father lost custody of them because he was physically abusing them. Their aunt made the mistake of letting their father take them unsupervised. For a while it worked up until that day.

Alicia Hernandez is 6 years old, 3'6, 40 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. She is the only one of the kids that speaks both spanish and english. She was wearing a red and pink shirt, white shorts, and pink shoes. Pablo Hernandez is 4 years old, 3'0, 30 pounds, and he, also, has black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a blue shirt with white stripes, blue jeans, and white shoes. Xiomara Hernandez-Torres is 3 years old, 3'0, weight is unknown, and she has black hair and brown eyes. She was wearing rose colored shirt, black pants, and pink shoes. All of the children are hispanic.

The Amber has been active for 2 weeks and the children are believe to be in danger. They may be headed to Mexico.

The suspect is Israel Hernandez. He's hispanic, 35 years old, 5'5, 150 pounds.

Please be on the look out for these children and their father.

Madeleine McCann's Mother's diary leaked to the Media!! what is wrong with people?!

How is this right? A mother is searching for her missing daughter and her diary is leaked out to the media. Gerry and Kate McCann's, then 3 year old, daughter, Madeleine, disappeared on May 3, 2007, while on vacation on Portugal. Madeleine and her twin brother and sister were left alone in the flat their parents rented. Kate checked on the children periodically.

Madeleine is now 5. Its been over a year. People are convicnced that her parents are responisble for her disappearance. I'm not convinced. Now, after going through hell with the media and people, someone leak Kate's diary. A diary is PRIVATE. How would any of you feel if someone leaked you personal, private thoughts to the world! I would be friken pissed. If someone can't unload on to something the as secret and private as a diary, then what can they do. How cruel can people be. Is the media that desprite? Wait, nevermind. I know the answer! I'm not reading the diary entries published. Please, do me a favor. Don't read them either. She's allowed to have thoughts about Madeleine's disappearance without being judged. Everyone judges her and Gerry on everything regaurding Madeleine and her disappearance, let her thoughts not be one of them. The diary is not important, finding Madeleine is! Wow. I wish all missing children could get as much news coverage as Caylee. An innocent little girl is missing and half the news coverage is about her mother, Casey. Casey is not missing, Caylee is. I signed up for Google Alerts for Caylee. Which means whenever an article for her is posted, they are sent to my email address. Well, I got a bunch news article about Casey refusing to see her family. That is none of anyone's business, but Casey's and her family's. I got a bunch more articles that had copies of a phone call between Casey and her family. Are people really that pathetic?! Just because she was behind bars, doesn't mean that the whole world has to know about what or to whom she's talking to! After Casey was released, she didn't go to her daughter's prayer vigil. I got a bunch of articles saying how she didn't go. That doesn't matter! This is what matters:

You see her face? She turned three last month and she has been missing since June. She is what matters, not Casey, not her grandparents. There is evidence that says she's dead, but until her body is found, I'm still gonna think she's alive. I've already posted a blog on her, but I thought I'm post another one. She's just a little girl, It's time to find out what happened to her. Today I got articles about protesters in front the Anthony's home with life size Caylee dolls and signs that said "Baby Killer" and etc. Seriously, how immature is that!! That is helping no one. A 7 year old girl was abducted by her non-custodial father from Mass. He pushed the social worker and grabbed his daughter, Reigh Rockefeller. Mass. issued an amber alert but canceled because they may be in New York. New York refuses to issue an amber alert!!!!! That is outragious!

A man who allegedly drove a sport utility vehicle during a brazen abduction of a 7-year-old girl in the Back Bay is cooperating with investigators, police said this afternoon.

Authorities located the black Chevy SUV this morning after a two-day search that stretched to New York and included the FBI. Investigators fear that Rockefeller may be trying to flee with the girl to Bermuda on his 72-foot yacht, Serenity.
Police this afternoon also released photographs of two dresses that Rockefeller bought for his daughter. They hope someone might recognize the clothing on the blond girl with the British accent and notify the authorities.
As the search intensifies, investigators continue to piece together the alleged scheme. Police said they are trying to verify a claim that Rockefeller told people he paid for his yacht with gold bars.
On Sunday afternoon, Rockefeller was in the middle of his first supervised visit with his daughter when he allegedly grabbed her, jumped into the black SUV, and sped off. Rockefeller faces charges that include custodial kidnapping.
The alleged kidnapping, which happened Sunday afternoon near the Boston Public Garden, followed a bitter divorce between Reigh's parents, Sandra Boss, a 41-year-old senior partner at the management consulting firm McKinsey & Company, and Rockefeller, a 48-year-old Beacon Hill man with at least four aliases and no known relationship to the wealthy American family.
The girl's mother had told investigators that she feared Rockefeller might harm her daughter, according to David Procopio, a State Police spokesman.
"We are concerned for her safety," said Boston Police Superintendent Bruce Holloway.

The social worker, who was hired out of an independent agency, was there to supervise the visit, which is not unusual in divorce cases, according to a Probate Court official.
As the three walked down Marlborough Street, a man driving a black sport utility vehicle drove up beside them and stopped. Rockefeller shoved the social worker, grabbed his daughter, and jumped in the car. As the car sped off, the social worker tried to grab onto the vehicle and was dragged for several feet before the SUV disappeared down Berkeley Street. Rockefeller then planned to go to Long Island where he had docked his yacht, police said.
Police said they have not been able to find the yacht. The Coast Guard has been searching for it and alerting local marinas.
Two law enforcement sources with direct knowledge of the case said acquaintances of Rockefeller described him as "a bit of a con man." He has no known police record or history of violence, according to the sources. Police are looking into his aliases: Michael Brown, JP Clark Rockefeller, James Frederick, and Clark Mill Rockefeller.
The motive for the kidnapping has not been described, but the sources said Rockefeller had recently lost joint custody of Reigh and was allowed only supervised visits with the child, whose name had been changed from Reigh Storrow Rockefeller during the divorce proceeding.
The kidnapping shocked those who know the child and her parents, who owned several pieces of property, including the 200-year-old Trinity Church in Cornish, N.H., before they divorced last year. Boss, a graduate of Harvard Business School, is chairwoman of the board of trustees for the Mount, the Lenox mansion of novelist Edith Wharton, who wrote of New York high society in her novels "The Age of Innocence" and "The House of Mirth."
Boss could not be reached for comment yesterday, and her relatives declined to speak. Neighbors around the Beacon Hill brownstone where Rockefeller had been living most recently said they did not know him.
Reigh, whose nickname is Snooks, visited the Mount with her mother and would play near the pond, where she asked endless questions about the animal life in the water, recalled Stephanie Copeland, former CEO and president of the Mount.
"I had the great good fortune of meeting Snooks and I was quite taken with her," Copeland said. "When a child has a mind like hers where she's just curious about everything, it's wonderful for an adult to be around a child like that."
John Hammond, chairman of the Board of Selectmen in Cornish, a rural town of about 1,800, described Rockefeller as a "nice enough fellow" and said he was a physicist.
But Rockefeller, Hammond said, was also very private and refused to release seemingly mundane details about himself, such as his birth date or where he had lived before.
"I found him fairly evasive," Hammond said. "I never could seem to get solid answers from him."
Rockefeller, who lived in the town until about two to three years ago, was civic-minded, Hammond said. He tried to help the town get a backhoe, and in 2004 offered to pay $110,000 for a new police station if the town sold him Trinity Church for $1. The deal went through, but the property is apparently back up for sale because of the couple's divorce, Hammond said.
Hammond described Boss as reserved, but nice. Their child, he said, was unusually bright and made a strong impression on him.
"You can tell when kids are sharp, very bright," he said. "She could sit down and carry on a conversation with you that would be something you'd expected from someone quite a bit older."
Asked if Rockefeller was the kind of man who could kidnap his own child, Hammond said, "when people are under duress, nothing comes off the table.""I guess you would call it a crime of passion, wouldn't you?"

This is one confusing case. A mother claims that she dropping her 2 year old daughter, Caylee Marie Anthony, off at a babysitter's apartment and when she came to pick Caylee up, both her and the babysitter were gone. She said the reason she lied to her parents about Caylee's whereabouts, is that she started her own investigation. her parent grew suspicious about not seeing Caylee in weeks and questioned her mother. Caylee's grandmother called police. Police tracked down the babysitter and she has never met Caylee or her mother. Caylee's mother admits she has never met that woman. no one has lived in the apartment that the "babysitter" soposedly lived in.

ORLANDO -- Casey said that on June 9, she dropped Caylee off at a babysitter who lived at the Sawgrass Apartments. She said the babysitter's name was Zenaida Gonzalez.
Authorities tracked down Gonzalez, but she said she did not know Casey Anthony. In fact, the apartment complex says nobody has lived at the apartment where Anthony said she left Caylee, for 142 days.
Mother and daughter lived with Casey's parents -- George and Cindy Anthony. George Anthony told News 13 that Casey had given them the impression she had been going to work every day and that Caylee was staying with friends or a nanny.
On July 12, police said, after not seeing Caylee for some time, her grandparents got concerned and confronted Casey and convinced her to go to the sheriff's office.
Casey was arrested Wednesday. Investigators said they're not sure if anything she is saying is true, since she has already lied to them, saying she worked at a local theme park when she didn't.
“Obviously, if we had been notified the day the child turned up missing, we could have started looking for the child immediately,” said Sgt. Allen Lee from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office. “The fact the child has been missing for five weeks, of course, makes it more difficult for us.”

RANDOLPH, Vt. - Instead of gathering at a vigil to offer prayers for the safe return of a missing 12-year-old girl, residents found themselves mourning the news that her body had been found.
Police unearthed Brooke Bennett’s body Wednesday from a makeshift grave about a mile from her uncle’s house, ending a weeklong search for the subject of Vermont’s first Amber Alert.
"Brooke Marie, I love you so much," her mother, Cassandra Gagnon, said at the gathering later in the picturesque town of a little more than 5,000. "I just ask that justice be done for the person who took my baby away," she said, sobbing.
The girl’s father, James Bennett, added, "I know Brooke knows that we love her and will always love her."
As state police announced the grim news Wednesday evening, they said Michael Jacques, the girl’s 42-year-old uncle and a convicted sex offender, will face federal kidnapping charges.
Bennett, who had just finished seventh grade at Randolph Union High School, disappeared on June 25 after being seen at a convenience store with Jacques.
Jacques has been in custody since Sunday on charges of aggravated sexual assault against a different underage girl. He has pleaded not guilty. Jacques, who is married to the sister of Brooke’s mother, has 1993 convictions for kidnapping and aggravated sexual assault.
After searching in and around his home across town for days, police said they found Brooke’s body in a spot where the earth had been disturbed.
"The painful discovery of Brooke’s body today is tragic and heartbreaking," State Police Director Col. James Baker said. He called the death "clearly suspicious" but declined to give details before a planned briefing Thursday morning.
In an affidavit unsealed Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Burlington, the FBI said an unidentified 14-year-old girl told investigators she was present on June 25 when Jacques tricked Bennett into thinking she was going to a party and took her to his Randolph home to be initiated into a sex ring.
The teenager said she was led to believe Bennett "would have sex with adult males" during the initiation. The 14-year-old said she herself had been having sex with Jacques since she was 9, as part of the sex ring.
The teen, who is related to Jacques, said she and Bennett watched television for a while before Jacques told her to leave and took his niece upstairs. The witness said she left the house with her boyfriend and didn’t see Bennett again.
In another blow to the family, Bennett’s former stepfather, Raymond Gagnon, was formally charged Wednesday with obstructing justice in the case.
He entered no plea at the federal hearing and was denied bail pending another hearing on Monday. The 40-year-old Gagnon, who lives in Texas, was on a regular visit to Vermont when he was arrested.
According to the affidavit, Gagnon told police he accessed his former stepdaughter’s MySpace [website] page from a computer at his San Antonio home after getting login information from Jacques.
Police said they have evidence that postings to the account were altered to make it appear that the 12-year-old had discussed a secret rendezvous shortly before she disappeared.

On that day, Jacques dropped Bennett off at a convenience store, and surveillance video shows they left in separate directions. She had told family members she was going to meet a friend and visit a hospitalized relative of the friend.
At the vigil for Bennett in Randolph — a site that still featured big banners reading "Come Home, Brooke, We Love You!!" — Gary Finch, Bennett’s homeroom and math teacher last year, said she was an energetic and enthusiastic learner whom he loved having in class.
"She was always volunteering, always with a smile on her face. Smart, creative. It’s a tragedy. It’s unbelievable. It’s hard to comprehend. I didn’t think anything like this would happen to such a great kid," said Finch, one of about 300 people who attended.

Finch said that when school started last fall, Bennett was nervous about transferring from her small elementary school to the high school.
"She conquered that," he said. "She didn’t conquer this."

Prosecutor Calls Motive in Teen Murder Disturbing

LITTLETON, Ala. --- Etowah County District Attorney Jimmie Harp said the worst part about the murder of 15 year old Jeffrey Stone of Littleton was the motive.
At a press conference announcing two arrests in the case Harp stated the two suspects took Stone’s live to get “rush it was like to kill somebody”.
“This isn’t a ride at Six Flags. This is somebody’s life and for a 15 year old child, for him to be taken out of the world for two folks to have a thrill is just very disturbing to me,” Harp stated.
19 year old Nathaniel Wayne Lee and 22 year old Troy Andrew Smiley, both of Attalla, are in the Etowah County Jail facing 1st degree murder charges.
Stone was last seen on March 24th this year.
Investigators claim that is the day Lee and Smiley killed Stone at Lee’s home at 1176 Littleton Cutoff Road.
The exact cause of death is undetermined, but investigators said they think Stone was shot to death.
Etowah County Sheriff Todd Entrekin explained that after the suspects allegedly killed Stone, they buried him in a shallow grave a few miles away.
There were extensive searches by law enforcement for Stone when he disappeared but they came up empty.
Then a few weeks ago Entrekin said the suspects move Stone’s body back to Lee’s house because his body was becoming exposed at the grave and they were worried someone would discover it.
Entrekin went on to say the two men wrap Stone’s body in tarp, placed it in a clear container before hiding the container in a chest freezer.
Lee and Smiley could make their first court appearance by the end of the week.

Virginia Rambus has been missing since May 20, 1985. The Auburn Washington Jane doe was found on December 30, 1985. Looking at both pictures, i think they are the same person. Their heights and measurements are about the same. Virginia disappeared from Seatle, Washington and Jane Doe was found in Auburn, Washington. Foul play is suspected in Virginia's disapearance.

A 12-year-old girl who vanished after being dropped off to meet a friend apparently lied and was actually going to see someone she'd been communicating with online.
The family of Brooke Bennett believes the girl made up the story of accompanying a friend to visit a sick relative in the hospital, police said Thursday.
Instead, she was apparently planning to meet an unknown person she had been in touch with on the Internet. Vermont's FOX 44 reported it may have been someone she had met on the social networking site MySpace.
The Vermont State Police issued an Amber Alert Thursday in their search for the girl, who hasn't been seen since Wednesday morning.
Brooke, of Braintree, was reported missing around 9 p.m. Wednesday, about 12 hours after her uncle dropped her off at a convenience store in Randolph, Vt.
She told family members she was going to meet a girlfriend and then go to visit a sick relative of the girlfriend at a hospital, according to Vermont State Police Capt. David Covell.
"It is the family members' opinion that that was a ruse to the family to get to that location," said Covell. "There's been no interview conducted that supported that that was a legitimate meeting."

Surveillance camera footage from the Cumberland Farms store showed Brooke being dropped off by her uncle and cousin, who drove off, according to Covell.
The footage showed Brooke walking away from the store by herself, he said. That was the last time she was seen.
A family member searching for her Thursday in Brookfield — near her uncle's home, where she spent the night — found items belonging to her near Route 65 that were similar to what she had been wearing, prompting an intensive search by police and dogs in the area of the Floating Bridge.
In the Amber Alert, police said they had no information about a suspect or any vehicle.
Police have not identified the person she was communicating with, but Vermont State Police computer experts were analyzing the computer in a bid to learn more, authorities said. Police said they don't know if it was a woman or a man.
Vermont State Police divers will begin searching Sunset Lake on Friday, according to Covell. About 14 detectives are currently working on the case, he said.
The girl's father, James Bennett, 41, of Bethel, said he hadn't seen his daughter in two weeks and that she lives with her mother.
"I'm sitting here waiting for a phone call, hoping it's good news. This is a very difficult time," Bennett said.
The girl, who just finished seventh grade, is described as 4-foot-11 inches tall, 98 pounds, wearing blue jeans, a pink sweater and white sneakers with pink lettering. Police won't say what items were found by the relative.

Sgt. Mike Huff, head of the Tulsa Police Department's homicide unit, said Tuesday afternoon that searchers from the Creek County sheriff's office and Tulsa police have found additional remains, but were continuing to look for more evidence.
It hasn't been determined where the girl was killed following her disappearance after she left school Nov. 9, Huff said.
Tulsa County District Attorney Tim Harris said Tuesday he wants the jurisdiction for prosecution to stay in Tulsa County.
"I think we are better prepared” to prosecute Marquis Bullock, 19, who is already charged in Tulsa County with first-degree murder, Harris said.
Oklahoma law would allow either county to prosecute a case such as this one, but Harris said evidence presented at the preliminary hearing shows the crime was "already under way in Tulsa County.”
There was evidence at the hearing that Bullock picked her up at the school, Harris said.
The school is more than 12 miles northeast of Paintball Adventures Inc. in Sapulpa, where a portion of her remains were found Friday and identified Monday by the medical examiner's office in Tulsa.
In a written statement Tuesday, the Baker family said:
"After endless hours of prayer and searching, the Baker family is relieved that Cori has been found. Although we knew this day would be coming for a long time, it represents a finality that we are experiencing with great grief and sadness. We need time to be quiet and allow the healing process to begin.
"Information on Cori's funeral services will be announced sometime in the next few weeks, and another statement from the family will be released at that time.”
Bullock, then a boyfriend of Cori's older sister, is in the Tulsa County jail in lieu of $1 million bail. At a March 17 preliminary hearing, Bullock was ordered to stand trial in Tulsa County District Court.

There is nothing I hate more than racist remarks. Ever since 13 year old Cori Baker disappeared on November 9, 2007. Cori was presumed dead when she disappeared. Cori's blood and hair were found in then 18 year old Marquis Bullock. Now here is where the bad remarks come in: Cori is white and Marquis is black. But here is somethin some people failed to realize: race had nothing to do with, Marquis was Cori's sister's boyfriend.

He says that Cori fell into the river, then changed his story more than once. If she fell into the river and he couldn't find her......then how did her blood get on his shoes and into his car?

Distinguishing Characteristics: Biracial (African-American/Caucasian) female. Black hair, brown eyes. Williams has a light complexion and chicken pox scars on her face. A tube has been inserted into her chest.
Medical Conditions: Williams has Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS). Because of this, she is extremely susceptible to illness. She is great need of medical attention.

Details of Disappearance
Williams's mother gave her to the custody of a guardian, Kim E. Parker, in 1996, when Williams was three years old. Williams's mother died of AIDS a short time later. She and Parker had met through Rainbow Kids Inc., a charity that provides long-term care for children with AIDS. Parker also cared for two other children infected with AIDS. She claims she gave Williams over to the care of a friend named Linda Hodges in August 2000 because caring for her had become too stressful. Hodges returned for Christmas that year with Williams and a friend of hers called Kathie Evans, then left again with the child. Parker says she paid Jones $3,000 cash to take Williams and later mailed her another $5,000, but she has not heard from either Jones or Williams since December 2000. The last person besides Parker to see Williams was a doctor whom Williams visited in August 2000.
Williams's disappearance was not discovered by authorities until January 2003. Parker said she did not know the addresses of the women allegedly caring for the child; she only said that she thought they were in California. Parker continued to collect the child's $500 monthly benefit check from the Virginia Department of Children and Families until the summer of 2002, using the money to renovate her home. She stated that she expected Williams to come home.
When law enforcement discovered that Williams had been missing over two years, custody of her was given over to the local Social Services Department and they were ordered to find her. In February 2003, Parker was ordered to serve 20 days in jail for contempt of court in connection with her failure to tell police where Williams is. Parker protested that she could not tell what she did not know.
In April 2003, Parker was indicted on 73 felony charges, mostly fraud and money laundering, relating to Williams's case. Police say she accepted over $16,000 from private individuals and the government for the care of Williams when the girl was not living in her home, and that she illegally attempted to conceal the sources of the money. She received approximately $500 a month in Social Security payments for Williams. Parker pleaded guilty to one count of mail fraud and one count of wire fraud in July 2003. She was then charged with three counts of medical-assistance payment fraud, for allowing Williams's Medicaid payments to continue needlessly. Medicaid paid about $8,000 in insurance premiums for Brittany after she left Parker's custody.
In late March 2003, investigators located the two women Parker says she gave Williams to. Neither Hodges nor Evans had ever had custody of Williams or knew where she was. They were both volunteers with Rainbow Kids Inc. and had actually been planning to have Williams visit them in California, but the plans had not been finalized by the time she disappeared and she never came to see them. They have joined in the search for her.
In May 2003, authorities thoroughly searched Parker's home and drained her septic system, looking for Williams's remains or any sign that she had died there. A neighbor claimed she reported Parker twice for abusing and/or neglecting Williams, and Hodges says she reported Parker as well. However, nothing fruitful was found at the residence. In December 2003, Parker was sentenced to eight years in federal prison on the mail and wire fraud charges. Normally the sentence for such crimes is 10 to 16 months, but the judge imposed a higher sentence in Parker's case due to the harm she caused Williams. She was also convicted of state charges of Medicaid fraud and sentenced to two years in prison.
Police considered possible link between Williams and "Precious Doe," an unidentified African-American girl whose naked and decapitated remains were discovered in Kansas City park in 2001. DNA testing was done to link Williams to Precious Doe and it was discovered that she was not the dead child. In 2005, Precious Doe was identified as Erica Michelle Maria Green, a three-year-old who had never been reported missing.
Williams remains missing and her case is unsolved. Her Social Security number and Medicaid insurance card have not been used in any state since her disappearance. Investigators believe she is no longer alive; without using her Medicaid card, she would have no way to get the AIDS medicine she needs to sustain her life. Foul play is suspected in her case.

A Columbus man and his three young children were found dead in some Muscogee County woods Wednesday, two weeks after the man took the youngsters and left letters threatening to kill them and himself, the FBI said.
Investigators initially thought Eddie Harrington had left Georgia for Indiana with his 23-month-old twin daughters Agena and Aliyah Battle and his 3-year-old son Cedric soon after they were reported missing.
FBI spokesman Steve Emmett said the four bodies were found just after noon in a wooded area of Muscogee County, which includes the city of Columbus.
Harrington was the children's biological father, Emmett said. He did not know why the man took them. Their mother, Agena Battle, discovered them gone when she got home early March 5.
Battle called police because Harrington had left a note on the bedroom dresser saying he was depressed and didn't want to live and that he planned to kill himself and the youngsters, the FBI said. Harrington's father in Indianapolis got a similar letter.
Columbus police issued a warrant for Harrington's arrest for child endangerment. A Levi's Call was issued, and roadside alerts asked motorists to watch for Harrington's dark green 2002 Chevrolet Impala.
"Shortly after, the FBI took out a federal unlawful flight warrant as a tool to secure the safe return of those children," Emmett said.
Then an Amber Alert was issued â€” the national version of Georgia's Levi's Call. Consequently, there were several reports that the Impala had been spotted in Tennessee, Indiana and New York.
It was not clear if Harrington ever left the state with the children.
The search for the family received national media coverage in the days that followed, and Columbus police had planned another news conference for today, during which they hoped to attract more public notice to their search.
But someone walking in the woods Wednesday found the bodies.
Information about the cause of their deaths and how long they had been dead was not available. Columbus police did not return telephone messages.

BAKERSFIELD - While authorities in two states searched for a young boy they thought had been abducted, 9-year-old Zane Newton was buried under an accidental collapse of dirt near his home.
His body was found "completely covered" in dirt in a lot hours after the reported kidnapping, police said.
Newton's playmate told police that the 9-year-old was abducted midmorning Wednesday as the two were playing outside. A masked man pulled up in a black car and opened fire on them, the boy said, adding Newton might have been wounded before the man took him.
In reality, police said, the boys were playing in a lot when Newton fell into a hole and was buried when it collapsed around him.
"It appears it was a tragic accident," police Sgt. Greg Terry told a news conference. He said investigators were questioning the boy who lied about what happened.
The reported abduction triggered a two-state Amber Alert, and officers searched Newton's neighborhood and knocked on doors.
A detective and two patrol officers, who learned that Newton was seen playing in the lot just a block or so from his house, went to the site and found the boy, Terry said.
Dozens of neighbors crowded around police tape as the body was dug out.
"It's devastating," said Mary Lou Rodriguez. "We've been in prayer all morning and when we finished praying they found him out here."

Tabitha has family and friend that miss her. Not knowing where she is or what happened to her kills them in inside. and police have no clues as to where she is.

Distinguishing Characteristics: Caucasian female. Sandy blonde hair, blue eyes. Tuders has a birthmark on her stomach and a scar on her finger. Her ears are pierced. Tuders has a fair, freckled complexion.

Details of Disappearance
Tuders was last seen by her family at approximately 7:00 a.m. on April 29, 2003, when her father woke her up in their home in the 1300 block of Lillian Street in Nashville, Tennessee. She was watching television when he went to work. She was supposed to board the school bus at 8:00 a.m. at 14th & Boscobel Streets. Tuders did not get on the bus and never arrived at Bailey Middle School, where she attended.
Tuders's parents contacted the school that evening when she failed to return home. When they found out she had been absent from school that day, they reported her missing shortly before 6:00 p.m. She does not have a history of a runaway and her parents cannot think of any reason why she would want to leave her home. She was a straight-A student with a perfect attendance record, and there is no evidence that she had a boyfriend. She was supposed to go visit the Six Flags of America amusement park in Louisville, Kentucky two weeks after she disappeared, and was very excited about the trip. Tuders left behind all her possessions, including her clothes, makeup, and $20.
A neighborhood boy told police he saw Tuders get into a red car with a thirty- to forty-year-old man on the morning of her disappearance. He says once Tuders was inside the vehicle, it reversed course and headed up a hill. The boy's story has not been confirmed, but tracker dogs traced Tuders's scent along a route similar to the one described by the boy. The dogs eventually traced her scent into an alley, a place Tuders's friends say she would never have gone to alone.
Authorities have not ruled out the possibility that Tuders left of her own accord, but as more time passes with no contact from her it becomes more unlikely that she ran away. Her mother and adult siblings have both taken and passed polygraph tests in connection with her disappearance. They and Tuders's father have all been cleared as suspects.
A piece of paper found in Tuders's room after her disappearance may have some connection to her case. A picture of it posted below this case summary. The paper reads, in Tuders's handwriting, "T.D.T. - N - M.T.L." T. D. T. are Tuders's initials; the initials of the other person are unknown. Also found was a business card with Tuders's name, address, phone number, and the notations "call me" and "sexy girl," the latter of which was crossed out and rewritten as "ghetto girl." The card turned out to have been given Tuders by a friend, though, and had no connection to her disappearance. Police searched the logs of a computer at the local public library where Tuders is said to have visited Internet chat rooms, but turned up no information pertaining to her disappearance.
Martin Tim Boyd, who was arrested for trying to lure an eleven-year-old girl into his car four months after Tuders's disappearance, was looked at as a person interest in Tuders's case because of the nature of the crime he is charged with and because the alleged incident happened just a few blocks from Tuders's home. There is no evidence connecting Boyd and Tuders, however, and he was eventually taken off the suspect list.
On October 30, 2003, a trucker reported a possible sighting of Tuders from Linton, Indiana. The trucker saw a girl accompanied by a man and another teenaged girl. The girl who looked like Tuders appeared to be anxious and afraid. Later, when he saw a missing persons flier of Tuders, he realized that she resembled the girl he'd seen and contacted police. A hotel clerk in Linton also saw a girl resembling Tuders with a man and a teenaged girl and reported it. These sightings has not been confirmed.
August 19, 2003, almost five months after Tuders's disappearance, an eleven-year-old girl named Heaven Ross disappeared while on her way to school in Northport, Alabama. Her remains were found in Holt, Alabama three years after her disappearance; her murder remains unsolved. Like Tuders, Ross had light-colored hair and disappeared in the morning hours on the way to school. Authorities are considering a possible connection between the girls' cases, though the distance between Nashville and Northport is great and so far no evidence has been uncovered to link the two cases.
Tuders's case remains unsolved. Investigators are not sure what happened to her, but they believe she is in danger.

It's time she was found and her family knows the truth.

Who Killed Little Analyce Guerra?!

Honestly, who can lookin to this little girl's eyes and kill her? Who could take this sleeping child from her home and toss her out like trash?

Analyce Guerra was only 2 years old when she was kidnapped and murdered on April 23, 2006. Her Remains were not found until January 2008 and not identified until March 2008!! Her family first found out that it possibly could be her, when her 13 year old brother watched the news, back in January. Could you even imagine what must have been going throught that little boy's mind, when he heard that. Eva Guerra, Analyce's mother, was outraged and I don't blame her.

Police said that Analyce suffer some kind of trama before she died, and their were signs of foul play. She has been laying there dead for 21 months!!! And 23 months of not knowing what happened to Analyce was devasting for her family and now they are planning a funreal. They never gave up hope. her older sister names her dolls after Analyce. They call her Anna.

SMYRNA — The disappearance of toddler Analyce Guerra officially has been deemed a homicide.
Through DNA testing, the state medical examiner's office confirmed Thursday that skeletal remains found Jan. 4 at Stones River National Battlefield in Murfreesboro belong to the child, who was 2 when she went missing nearly two years ago.

Signs of foul play were "obvious," said Detective Jeff Peach, who has worked the case from the beginning.
"There is trauma, but that's all we're going to say at this time because it is an ongoing investigation," he said.
Walkers discovered a human skull near a Civil War memorial off Old Nashville Highway. The Rutherford County Sheriff's Office cordoned off an area of nearby woods for 19 hours and additional remains were discovered.
Peach said nearly a full skeleton was recovered. Analyce's remains had been at the battlefield since the time of her death, likely the day of or shortly after she vanished from her family's home at Meadow Wood Apartments April 23, 2006.
"I can't think of a motive why anyone would want to hurt a child this age. I think everyone, including myself, hoped for the best," Peach said.
Peach broke the news to the family at the police department Thursday evening. Eva Guerra, Analyce's mother, could not be reached for comment. In his 16 years in law enforcement, Peach said, this death notification was been the hardest to deliver.
"I've been connected to this family for two years, so I've even learned about some of the distant relatives. It's not something you want to wake up to, but it's something they had to know. They have a strong family unit," he said.

On July 6, 2001, two sisters disappeared in Chicago. Six years is too long. What happened to them? It seems like no one has the answer. here is there story from Charley Project:

Details of Disappearance
Tionda was last seen at her family's residence in the 3500 block of South Lake Park Avenue in Chicago, Illinois on July 6, 2001. Her mother departed for work at approximately 6:30 a.m. Tionda and her younger sister, Diamond Bradley, stayed at the house during the morning. Their mother, Tracey Bradley, discovered that the girls were not inside their residence when she returned at approximately 11:00 a.m. Tionda apparently left a note stating that she and Diamond planned to walk to a nearby school and store. Tionda was enrolled in summer classes at Doolittle Elementary School at the time, but school officials said that she was absent the day of her disappearance.
Several neighborhood children told authorities that they saw Tionda and Diamond playing outside of their residence at approximately 12:00 p.m. Neither child has been heard from again. An extensive search of the surrounding areas produced no clues as to their whereabouts.
Tionda is described as having a shy nature when dealing with strangers. Her hobbies include running track and dancing. She uses the term "Girl" often and pronounces "bye-bye" as "baby-bye."

Diamond is described as being independent. Her family said that she often fought with her siblings in 2001. Diamond is naturally timid but talkative. She enjoys eating peanuts and ramen noodles.

Authorities said that Tracey was not cooperating with investigators in relation to her daughters' cases. She shoved a police officer who requested that she accompany him to the precinct to discuss new leads in March 2002. Tracey was placed in handcuffs and taken to the station, where she briefly spoke with investigators. Her attorney arrived shortly thereafter and stopped the interview. Authorities said that Tracey missed several scheduled appointments with detectives in the past. Tracey's spiritual advisor told the media that officers had violated her rights by forcibly taking her to the precinct. Authorities said that Tracey was physically combative and they needed to restrain her in handcuffs.
Tracey's mother voluntarily took a polygraph exam shortly after Tionda and Diamond disappeared as a matter of cooperation. She is not being called a suspect in her daughters' disappearances. Authorities are interviewing most of the girls' relatives and friends once again as the investigations continue. They searched the children's great-grandfather's Wisconsin home but found no evidence. Some investigators theorized that Diamond and Tionda were taken by a Middle Eastern man who had paid child support for one of them until the summer of 2001, when he learned he was not her father. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agents went to Morocco to investigate the lead, but did not find any evidence that the Bradley children had been there. Police believe Tionda would have contacted her loved ones by now if she could have; they think both children are either deceased or have been taken out of the country.
Authorities located a young girl who matched Diamond's description in November 2001. The child was lost and investigators asked Tracey to identify the girl, but she refused. Tracey's mother arrived at the precinct and stated that the child was not Diamond. The girl was eventually identified and returned to her family. Human remains, believed to be those of a girl in her early teens, were found in an industrial area on the far south side of Chicago, near some railroad tracks, in late April 2005. Investigators initially thought they might be Tionda's, but scientists who examined the remains said they were probably from a Caucasian or Hispanic girl. They have not been identified.
The Bradley sisters' cases remain unsolved.

The more I think about them, the more I get. Tionda and I are both 17. Diamond is 2 years old than my youngerest sister. I can not understand how someone thinks they can just take two wonderful girl from their family. I have been in touch w/ their aunt Shelia and her and her family have not given up hope.

I have been attached to 2 other little girls too. Tabitha Tuder and Analyce Guerra, but Analyce has been found dead:(. I'm off subject.

July 6, 2008 will mark the 6th Aniversary of Tionda and Diamond's disappearance. Let's bring them home before that!!

Why does police classify some teens as runaways when they are found deceased?!

Ok, this fustrates me. Teens classified as "Endangered Runaways" are found dead! Did they really run away? Or are authorities just saying that because they really don't know what happened? If they don't know what happened, shouldn't they classify it as "lost, injuried, missing" or "endangered missing"? Three cases come to mind of teens classified as "endangered runaways" that were found deceased:

Rashed Jones, 14, disappeared on November 19,2007. He was thought to have runaway. He was kidnapped and shot to death because to witnessed a drive-by shooting and "knew too much". His body was found 2-3weeks later in a wooded area, badly decomposed and covered with wood chips. Two men have been charged with his murder. One of them is his second cousin, 20 year old Santonio Thurman Jenrette!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What is with that?! Rashed look up to him, and this is what he does to him! Also charged was 16 year old Marquel Quintay Hunter. What gets me is that this innocent boy was killed by his own cousin! And because he knew too much! Well if you don't want to go to prison, then dont kill anyone!!!

Zach Gamble, 16 disappeared on Christmas Eve 2007. Authorities cassified him as "endangered runaway"! His family and friends knew he did not runaway, because he was very close to his family. Nearly 2 weeks later, Zack's body was found beneath a bridge. The medical examiner ruled it as either suicide or accident, but most likely an accident. Zach's nickname was "Jesus", because of his long hair and gentle nature!

Lisa Marie Hohman, 16, disappeared on May 31, 2005. She went to drop off a friend at home and told her parents she would be back in 10-15 minutes, but she never got back. Authorities classified her case as "endangered runaway"! Late New Year's Day 2008, several men discovered her remains in a wooded area not far from where she lived. The medical examiner has not been able to determine her cause of death, but they are treating it as a homicide.
